Honestly it's really optimized, but some few points.

 

Getting a z170 motherboard allows you to buy faster ram which does improve performance (also you can blck overclock which helps as well.)

 

Everything else is tick for tack.

Now you've should me that Blck oc on that 6500(WOW), how much better is the 6600? Should i get the g2 650w because its gold and fully modular for £5 more and i know that its a phenomenal psu, also is that motherboard one of the boards that allow the oc on the 6600?

After blck overclocking its doubtful there would be a difference. I grabbed the 6600 since it was cheaper (somehow).

The psu is your choice. The particular case I listed has a psu cover so you won't see extra wires anyways plus the efficiency difference isn't noticeable in energy bills.
