Aren't the Evga g2 series the same price as the corsair rmi series?

They use a better OEM, they're basically a rebranded Superflower Leadex Gold with a bigger fan.

Also, I don't think they're the same price. I got my 650W G2 for $100, an RMi 650 was $125.

Also, I don't think they're the same price. I got my 650W G2 for $100, an RMi 650 was $125.

Oh yea I'm mistaking for the higher end ones but they're still pretty close tho but I was mistaking for the corsair rm1000i being 250 and the Evga 1000w g2 being 245$, my bad

Oh yeah lol. Up in the higher wattages the power supplies are generally similarly priced, but lower wattages (EX: 650W) there's usually a difference.

How much headspace does that give me for upgrades? I MAY do more upgrades like cold cathodes and liquid cooling. I know in the end I will be trying to make a mod for my case (Super Aeolus) that is the essence of "ruler of the winds". Like coolant that looks like the aurora under UV

650w is overkill. 500w is already more than enough for any of that.
