Low FPS CSGO?

My specs atm are

GPU: XFX R9 380 4gb

CPU: AMD ATHLON 860k

PSU:EVGA 650G

RAM: 2x4gb HyperX fury

 

 

It seems on some maps I am only getting like 50fps on mid and 120 in ct spawns

Well, CS:GO is CPU bound and not GPU bound, so it's gonna have some FPS drops, try lowering the settings.

Enable Multi-core rendering

Check your CPU usage. 

Using MSI Afterburner it seems to be for all 4 cores 47-61% usage and the gpu goes to 31 just running around to 71% while shooting or in larger areas with lots of entities

Settings are on high except for AA and FXAA

Do you have anything running in the background? What's your RAM usage?

 

Also what is your CPU and GPU temps?

CPU: 42 acording to amd overdrive thermal margin

GPU:45 Celsius
