PC Not Working Properly

PC Specs

Asus H170 Pro Gaming

i5-6600k

gtx 770

crucial ballistix ddr4 2400mhz 8gb

corsair cx600m

 

I just reformatted to win 7,

the USB don't work, so I can't load in Drivers,

my ram is only clocked at 2133mhz, if i try to turn on XMP, the whole system crashes,

If i try to turn on intel Rapid storage technology, the whole system crashes.

ANY FIXES PLEASE?
