Asus Z170a or Msi Z170a Krait gaming? or another board?

Hello will be getting an I5-6600k but unsure which Mobo to get. Currently torn between Asus Z170a and Msi Z170a krait gaming. The msi board is cheaper by $10Usd. 

 

Not sure what is the difference between this two boards or is there a better options within my budget?

i'd go for a gigabyte Z170X-UD3, just as it's USB3.1 chipset is an intel one instead of an ASmedia chipset on those 2 but it's usually about $10 more than the Z170-A.

The z170a krait comes with Rainbow Six Siege,at least in Spain,check if you have this promo
