Broken Key switch?

So i've got a Razer Blackwidow 2014, had it for about a year and I had recently found out my number 5 key stopped making a click sound.

The tactile bumb is there, the key works and everything.. I even took off the key cap and theres nothing there no dirt or anything.

But when I click the key, there is no click, only the bump..... I'd assume it's what a Cherry mx brown switch would feel like but idk suggestions?

they are custom razer switch if it does not register in notepad rma it

i know they are custom razer switches, they are green kailh switches, similar to cherry mx blue, the key does register, but it does not make the audible click like the other keys

i could return it but is there a reason of returning it? i bought it from the shop and the key still works it isnt broken or anything, its just that the key doesnt make the audible click sound anymore
