I recently transferred cases along with a EVGA 650w psu and my PC booted up smoothly after I finished. The problem I am having now is when my PC is off for about 12 hours or so, only my heatsink/fan will start (Hyper evo 212)!?!? Not even my case fans will turn on and same with the LEDs. I have to turn off my psu and turn it back on for my PC to then boot properly. I dont know what the problem is and I'm hoping you can help me.

On the other, my PC runs smoothly after its on. No complications.

Spec:

i5 quad core

GTX 660

Z97-C ASUS motherboard

8 GB ram

Thank you!!

With a regular power cord. Im not quite sure I understand

Is it plugged directly into the wall, or through something like a power bar?

I actually couldn't underclock my 5 year old GPU to make it as slow as a next-gen console.
