I can't open pictures in windows 10...

It looks like it's just Photos that is broke, Microsoft Photo Viewer seems to work fine. I guess I can just make that the default

You can try picasa viewer, fast and simple but usually downgrades image quality.

"C:\Users\Me\Pictures\Picture.png

 

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

 

I don't know what happened, I didn't change anything afaik. What should I do?

I get that sometimes when I download pictures from Google Drive. Then when it does open it'll be blocky/pixelated.

I just redownload it and for some reason it works after that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It does this for every picture though.

Microsoft Photos, when I try to start it, it just closes
