Is this rig enough to play all modern games on low-mid graphics settings (Any genre RTS, MMORPG, RPG, FPS, etc.)? And I also want to know if this build can handle a 24/7 operation (which basically means that I'm just downloading huge files).

Also, note that the power supply and the RAM are the only budget ones available in our market. Sadly, There is no available Corsair CX 430 in our area and I can't take the CX 500 because that's gonna blow a huge hole in my budget ;(. I've added an extra Noctua fan because it tends to get pretty hot in our place, especially during summer where it reaches 33°C or more ambient temperature.

My budget is around PHP20,000 (500 USD). I was thinking of changing the PSU into this http://www.enermax.com/home.php?fn=eng/product_a1_1_1&lv0=1&lv1=42&no=165. Enermax has a good reputation in our region. As far as specs. goes. It is said there in the link that it can run a 24/7 operation.
