Well. Two things pop up. Either 1. He forgot to put the thermal pad on the memory and that shorted it out.

 

or 2. The placement of the waterblock was badly seated and did not cool the GPU properly.

The outlet was blocked but he didnt realise, he means is the GPU fu****Ed?

Outlet was blocked? Didn't you first run a test of the loop AND checked every connection properly? If this is true, his GPU might have just died due to the temperatures.

Its complicated but it definately wasnt getting fluid

There is your first problem. Make sure the whole loop is connected and running, then check for leaks by applying paper towel under every connection and block.

maybe its time for a new monitor, and i think your card is broken, you propably voided warranty, and cant RMA it. put the stock cooler back on and see if you can. trying is always an option

Definitely artifacting, try it in another computer.

 

 

Is this a new card? If not, did it work before?

Higly doubt any water got on it, it worked fine before it overheated, and the systemm seems to work on a igpu
