Good budget case

Side panel would be nice 

Needs to fit an Hyper 212 evo

It would be nice to have a optical disk drive because I have one. 

 

The front IO has to be on the top or on the front fascia. NOT ON THE SIDE- It looks nasty

Budget can be very different from person to person.

NZXT S340 and Fractal Designs Define S (non-window) are my go-to budget cases, with the Define S the winner if I had to choose.

 

If you can't afford those, then the Core 2300, 2500, 3300, or 3500 are good cases, whichever is cheaper.
