The PSU is fine as it's seasonic OEM and if you have the budget, maybe add a SSD as well :D but else, you're good

you should have bought 4x2 sticks instead of 1x8

Yeah as all XFX PSUs are made by seasonic and all they do is slap XFX branding on it.
