Ok so im building a budget system mid 2016 and a second hand 280x in good condition has come into budget for me. Will it be safe to run this with my current core 2 duo e8400 @3.6ghz OC with a 520w seasonic m12ii evo. Also would it be ideal wattage and psu when i get new components, say an i5 locked haswel/skylake, maby amd zen. Im not gonna oc the cpu in the new pc like with my dinosoar current one as i cant afford a k series and stock performance is fine. Would the 520w evo be ok for this and have any room for a bit of gpu oc messing around? Only reason im considering this 250w tdp card instead of the planned 270 is its price.
