You can, however you first have to hack it and install modchips.

No. Xbox 360 is powerpc and windows 7/8.1/18 is x86 and x86_64.

Maybe, but it would be a challenge. Linux would be easyier, and some have done it, but the xbox require signed code to run and has a locked boot loader. You need to solder in a modchip to do anything. The first xbox 360 demos were done on powermacg5 actually.
