Help with further upgrading

My pc specs:

Intel Penntium 3.2 ghz not sure whats the full name

Graphics card: r9 270

Motherboard: asrock b85m

Psu: corsaur 600cx

Hdd: seagate 1tb

Ram: 8gb (2x4 1600mhz) corsair

Case: coolermaster 350

Ssd: don't have one I would like to get one

I wanna know whats the best way to upgrade my pc what to upgrade first and stuff, not an insane rig more like an i5 processor a gtx 970 and stuff like that I mostly play CS:GO, battlefield 4 and minecraft. I would like to be able to game at decent fps and render videos.

I don't like amd graphics cards and processors so plz don't post them even tho I own one right now.

Grab a Xeon E3-1231 V3 and a R9-390 (if you utilize CUDA, use a 970).
