Surface Pro Covers

Are there any covers available for the surface pro 4 that aren't type covers? I already have a laptop for Uni and I'm probably going to use it as a note digitizer, so I don't really need a type cover, I need something like the iPad smart cover for it.

I haven't bought one yet. Just considering it.

the surface is useless without the type cover. I had the touch cover that they sold for the pro 1 & 2 and it was fucking terrible, I now use a type cover and a wireless keyboard for when I have it hooked up to a monitor. if you don't wanna pay full price for a new type cover, you can always find one used. the keys for the type cover for the pro 4 are more spaced out compared to older ones so keep that in mind.

If you want to get a surface pro 4 it should be to replace your laptop not only to draw and take hand notes on.

If that is the only thing you are going to use it for then get a scond hand surface pro 3 or a windows 10 tablet with active pen support.

Thing is though I have a laptop that can do a few things that this can't, however it can do more than my iPad. I'm not too familiar with tablets with active pen support. Obviously I wouldn't want to go android because the file manager sucks/updates suck. It would be something to fit in my bag that I can use to take/save notes to onedrive. I'm not sure how many other windows 10 tablets can do that.

Lenovo, wacom, dell(not sure if it has active pen support).

The surface is to expensive just to take hand notes and draw on.
