Audio for FPS gaming.

ASUS Orion, they have a retractable mic, 50mm drivers(big soundstage), and they are open which in my opinion is great.

Don't get a Xonar, 10 ohm output impedance doesn't play nice with any headphones in your price range.

As for headphones, Pioneer's SE-A1000 are about 70 pounds. 70 euros

I had a offer for

Sennheiser HD215 for 50 eur Should i take the deal ?

No to be blunt, that's a crap deal. If you want to be closed off from outside noises etc. go for a closed headphone but there are better options out there. If you don't mind hearing the sound around you and the headphones leaking sound out a lot then go for open backed headphones as they will often be better sound quality and will give you better audio positioning for FPS gaming.
