How many times can i install Windows 7 on an ssd before it fails.

Really? Like seriously?

well maybe a professional one that they use in serves could 100%, but I dont know they should last for a long time with heavy use like 5 years as a scratch disk for video editing.

Quite a few times actually. Take a look at this article on SSD endurance, it may interest you.

If you look at the SSDs specs it should tell you how many writes it can handle.

A lot. 

 

There's tests going on/been carried out with drives at over 1 Petabytes of writes before failing.

Since a Windows7 install is roughly 20 GB, and the first drive in the article falied at about 900 TB of writes, we can guess that an SSD can handle about 45,000 writes minimum actually. This is of course heavily aproximated, so I'd account for a 10-15% margin of error.
