Yeah you can since they are the same type of speaker just make sure you wire it up correctly although orentation doesn't matter.

I'm pretty sure the other two pins have no connection and are just there for support or something.

So I should work, could the magnetism from the speaker harm my computer?

If what you're talking about is this then it doesn't use magnets

This is called a Piezoelectric speaker(buzzer) and it uses a ceramic piezoelectric material and a metal diaphragm to produce high frequency sound at a very low power draw compared to normal speakers.
