Everything is compatible, yes. Though I bet folks will recommend a different PSU for that high-end a build. A Seasonic unit or something like Corsair's RMX series would suffice.

It has a pretty bad reputation... i dont know enough to tell you the exact specifics but i know that the transistor in the cx series are not very good. the description even says NOT FOR HIGH POWER BUILDS so there meant more for like office builds
