No they do not.

The SLI bridge uses power from the SLI connectors on the graphics cards since you need power to transfer data and the LEDs use a small amount of that power.

The GPUs already have all the power they need from the cables to the power supply.

Heck, before that was a thing, GPUs got all the power they needed from the PCI lanes.

 

The SLI bridge is just a connection between the two GPUs.

If your SLI bridge has an LED, keep in mind that LEDs have the most minimal of power draw and can very likely operate on the current being used for the connection.

 

End of the day, don't worry about it. You don't need to plug in any extra cables beyond what you'd normally plug into the GPUs anyways.

In fact, you won't find any extra plugs in the first place. So really, don't worry and enjoy your SLI config.

I think he's asking if SLI bridges that light up need an extra power connector for the light. No, the LEDs are powered from the SLI connector and no extra cables are needed.
