hard drive keeps rebooting.

hello everyone,

 

i suddenly started having a restart problem in my computer.first it was random then after some time it doesnt let it boot even to windows home screen and restarts again so i formatted my hard drive and reinstalled windows 7 again. again same problem was there. so i checked power supply in another computer and it was working fine. so after that i checked my hard drive to another computer same thing happened not booting untill windows home screen. so i did reformatting drive in another computer again and this time i format full hard drive and windows started botting so installed driver and all in it and i put hard drive in its original computer back and same thing started happening again. dont let it boot till windows home screen. i dont know what else should i do so any help regarding what should i do.
