So a bit of back story here I built this system about three months ago and I have just recently been getting blue screens. I recently bought a new ssd and installed it I thought that was the problem so I got a replacement still BSOD I have tried different brands of ram in different dimms, unplugged HDD and tried a different PSU. When I try to install a new copy of windows I get a blue screen before the install even begins. I have tried updating and downgrading my current bios but nothing seems to change. My current blue screens are either 0x00A or 0x001E . I'm kind of thinking it's the mobo at this point and time but I really don't know and advice would be great. Thanks in advance:-)

System specs:

Intel 4670k stock clock 3.4

ASrock Z87 extreme4

Mushkin silver line 1666mhz

MSI GTX770 (Currently not in the system)

120gb Samsung 840 EVO

1TB Seagate HDD

im guessing it is a memory issue.

is your ram set at 1.5V?

if yes, have you tried to set it for 1.65V to see if that makes any difference?

I tried upping the voltage on the ram and it still blue screens I ran meanest for nearly 12 hours without errors which I also find kind of odd.

have you tried to set the ram for 1333MHz

seems like you have tried basically everything, except a different board, as you mentioned.

the bsod error messages your getting are not cpu related. from all the info i have read and through my own use case testing with haswell the  cpu bsod codes are usually xxxx...101 and xxxx...124

i know it doesnt sound cpu related but you could try this.

manually set cpu voltage @ stock value  1.15V

drop the cpu ring bus down to 3000MHz

I really dont think its the cause, but its a variable to rule out.
