Pc freezes when USB charging cable plugged in

Whenever i plug my tutrtle beach charger cable for my headset into port 1 on my front io the pc freezes and needs to be hard reset i have no idea on why this keeps happening

Not enough information. 

 

Does it do it with the other USB ports? 

 

Does it do it with other USB charger cables such as one for a phone, or only the turtle beach cable?

Im currently at school and cent test that at the current moment but I will get back with results later today.

Does it do it with other USB charger cables such as one for a phone, or only the turtle beach cable?

From what Ive seen, I think it only happens with that one port and cable and even freezes the uefi if im in settings
