A setup for two years

Hello everyone :)
​Hope everyone is having a great day. This is my first post here at Linus Tech Tips and I need your help regarding my new build.

I recently moved to Australia(NSW) and I decided to go with a build (in the following link)-

1. Budget & Location

​   - AUD$2600, New South Wales(Aus)

 

2. Aim

​   - Gaming, Streaming, video editing

 

​3. Monitor

   - Single 1080p monitor. Not above 1080p

 

4. Peripherals

   - I chose Windows 10(home). Can I get it cheaper?

​   - I don't need a HDD since I have several from my previous builds.  

 

 

 

My Main Question

   - Will this setup serve me 1080p content Gaming till 2018?  

 

Looking forward to expert opinions :)
​Feel free to suggest any component you think would be money efficient and bang-for-the-buck like but please don't suggest me any amd gpus. I have used enough amd till now.

Considering that the 970 is utter shit with DX12 not really. A R9 390 would last longer.

With OCable Skylake and a R9 390, your computer can last 3 or even 4 years

Change the GPU for an AMD R9 390 and the PSU for an EVGA 600B PSU.

the EVGA B1 is vastly inferior to the HX. He would be downgrading several tiers downwards.

$139 for windows 10??? Ouch. Can't you have a look for a cheaper windows 7/8.1 license from somewhere like G2A then upgrade?

MSX is crap anyway. 8.1 masterrace!
