I have been using a data to USB adapter for my internal hdd because I was traveling. But when I finally came back to my PC and inserted my hdd my screen went black and then wrote below "autoreparing disk error" and it restarted again and again. I'm not sure why its not working so I went to the bios and every thing is detected. Anybody knows how to fix this?

I did change a file in my hdd and I entered users not windows files

Hey there psycoUSA,

How do you plugthe HDD in your system (SATA port, USB port, etc)? What happens when you try to use the drive externally on this or another computer?
The drive might have sustained some damage from the movement so I'd try to get it detected and get the data off of it before proceeding with any troubleshooting that might further damage the drive.
Post back with some results!
