VPS Hosting for Arma 3?

Will VPS hosting for Arma 3 work without lag? I'm looking to have around 50-75 players max and hosted in Australia.

 

Reason I'm choosing VPS is because game servers are overpriced at $100 a month. Here are some plans I found, so the real question is can it handle Arma 3 and not stutter in game?
