Can't delete file

Go to solution Solved by EdInk,

You could try deleting it using the command prompt. I had the same issue with a stubborn file a few days ago too.

It says you require admin permission I click continue then it says You require permission from "PC name"\My username. I'm using a Microsoft account and I'm the only one who's ever owned this PC.

Make a Ubuntu bootable USB, then navigate to the file and delete.
