Any recommendations? Thanks. My max budget is $1400 for the full setup.

well it seems you have the gpu already, so I cant really improve your build...

You may want to switch that CPU cooler to a Hyper 212 EVO

Why? Wouldn't this cooler perform better? Plus its white and black so it kinda matches the build 

It will and 212 evo inst even the best in the price bracket...(unless you use the rebate)
