Take out your old ram and just put in the new stuff, see if the new ram is bad.

what ram are you adding? is it the same brand/timing/size?

Pro Tip: don't use flash when taking pictures of your build; use a longer exposure instead. Prop up your camera with something (preferably a tripod) if necessary.

if you use retarded/autistic/etc to mean stupid please gtfo

Try just the new RAM on its own. If it works, then try a combination of one stick of new and one of old. If you find a particular pair that don't work together, then there's not really a whole lot you can do, as mixing RAM is never certain to work together.

So, if you put any RAM (even just one stick) in slot 2 or 4, the system doesn't boot? Or only when you have it in both 2 and 4? If none of the DIMMs work in a particular slot, then you've got a dead slot. If it won't boot when a certain channel is occupied in both slots, then there may be a controller type issue. A BIOS update might fix it.

It boots when its only one.

Or when its two on 1&3 but not if I add to 2&4

I did an update not long ago. That didnt fix the issue
