Computer stuttering a bit.

I happens once every day. i ran memtest86 and no errors. i have done a stresstest and no errors. i have a corsair rm1000 power supply. any other possible cause?

- stutters in games

- browser running not as smooth as its supposed to

Like this exactly.

i had a system that did this a while back, i'm trying to remember what the issue was, but brain failure.

 

other than that, some standard tests:

- check the hdd smart status. ( http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html is my tool of choice)

- check temperatures, and dust in the system.

- check windows for errors, like so:

open cmd as administrator and type:

sfc /scannow
