Before I begin, Specs:

Intel I5 4690K 3.5GHz CPU (Not OCed)

Gigabyte Z37-D3H MOBO

Corsair CS750M PSU (750 Watts)

1TB Seagate HDD

16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 RAM

Sock Intel CPU cooler

No GPU yet (buying this week when I get money).

Win 10 x64

I have recently assembled my system and I run into the problem of which aftermarket cooler to use as I find the Stock one to be loud and ineffective compared to others.

I was strongly advised by friends that the EVO 212 was the best one for relatively little money (£25-£30/$35-$45) however when looking at the specs I saw that it was far too large for my case, so I was set back to square 1.

I have not found anything with as much support as this so I was unsure which to purchase, I saw some decent reviews for the Raijintek Triton and it does looks so HAWT but then others said it cracked and F**ked their whole system so I have no clue.

The max CPU cooler size for my case is 150mm.

If you wouldn't mind taking a minute or so out of your day to alert me to a possible cooler it would be much appreciated.

Looking to spend up to £55 unless it looks awesome :P.

Thank you.  :)  :)

If there's limited height but you've mounting space, why not go for a liquid AIO?
You could get Corsair H60 for just about £60 ( http://bit.ly/1kJuSD1

Or, if you've got sufficient space in your case and/or want to squeeze even more juice outta that i5 go for a factory refurbished H105 for about £60 as well ( http://bit.ly/1UuDWrK )

The H60 should perform quite well whilst being much quieter than stock cooler, and H105 will outperform most air coolers that could fit with 150mm clearance (with exceptions of course)
