My computer randomly shuts off . There is no BSOD , or other warning when it happens. The screen just goes blank , and the fans stop spinning.

This only happens while folding ( and writing this very same post for the same time before the pc crashed ).

All components and their overclocks where validated with a 2 day stress test ( separately ).

I even added a little bit of voltage to make sure it wasn't a stability issue.

It happens when folding .I set F@H to high ( cpu and gpu set to 100%).I wait a few minutes , and the pc turns off .

It sometimes takes a bit of "helping" ( folding + browsing the web + YT ), but the pc eventually turns off.

Oddly enough , it even crashed at the same exact time my dad turned on the lights in another room.

Does anyone know what is causing this ? All components seem stable .

Specs in sig , with 4.6ghz , 1.34V , and gpu at 1130/1450 + 94mv

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case

1.34V Is pretty high for 4.6ghz. What's your power supply spec?

It's ivy bridge . It usually runs at 1.31V BTW .

My psu is a cx 750 m.

EDIT : 25A on +5V rail; 25A on +3.3V , 62A on +12V , 0.8A on -12V , and 3A on -5Vsb

If It's shutting down under heavy usage It might be a power Issue or try scanning your PC for malware.

Try checking for Integrity errors with SFC /Scannow In CMD admin mode.

No integrity errors either.
