Is there such thing as a loud motherboard?

 

How can a motherboard make a noise if there are no moving parts inside, just electricity flowing to various parts of the board.

Asus Sabertooth motherboards have cooling fans on them.

Now how about the SSD Drive is there any chance of it making any kind of sounds?  

 

The Asus Sabertooth was on my want list just checking before go out and get a new motherboard its not going to be making and more sounds than it does already...
