Another update, I left my pc on this mourning, with a video on repeat to see if it were to stop playing sound if it froze. But it didn't freeze. It is 8 hours later and my pc is still running fine. I cleaned it again yesterday and now everything seems to work fine. If it crashes again in the near time I will check everything else, but for now I'll see if I fixed it for some weird reason.

I'm not an IT pro but from my perspektive it sounds like one or more motherboard capacitors are broken. Google it how they look and then look inside the computer if any are broken. If not it can be the PSU that is to weak or broken, if you overclock things you probably have the answer. 500W might be little too short but I don't really know

I'm looking into it! I didn't have the money at that time and this was the best option, then I upgraded my case and got two new case fans, didn't calculate that in I guess. But that still leaves me scratching my head why it started bugging out a few weeks ago, maybe it was that I plugged in some new usb devices? And why with the side off of the case?
