It`s worth?

Hi guys,

I need an advice, it`s worth 192 $ for a CPU I7 3770 + motherboard G1 Sniper M3 + 2x4GB RAM DDR3 2400mhz Hyperx Predator + Cooler CPU DeepCool Theta 32 PWM  ? 

PS : now I have Intel Core 2 DUO E4500 as CPU and GTX 680 Windforce 3x as GPU .

not a bad deal. Ask to see it running before buying though
