Realtek + ModMic problem

Every time I restart my PC, my modmic is extremely quiet. In order to fix this I have to change my recording device settings in my realtek driver:

Only the volume resets at restart, none of the settings do. It doesn't matter if I change this setting from the first to the second or the other way around, just changing it fixes the problem.

Is there any way of permanently fixing this? I´m tired of clicking through my realtek setting every day.
