Hi my problems arose when i installed my second 660 ti gpu in and my mother board doesnt want to reconize it i'm confounded bout what to do I have updated my bios on my motherboard updated the drivers on my gpu and have tried switching gpu slot as well and still nothing and i also removed my sound card as well and still no luck and have double checked all my power connectors and made sure both cards are seated in correctly as well any help will be appreciated

I5-3570k oc to 4.2

Kingston Hyper X Beast ram 2x4gb at 1600mz

msi 660ti 3gb

sound blaster z sound card

psu TX850M

adata 120gb ssd

seagate 1 terabyte hard drive

try each one individually. in each slot

Take out your old card and put the new card in the top slot.

 

Is the card working or is it DOA?

Does the new card actually function? What about putting the new 660 Ti in the slot the other 660 Ti is in and attempting to boot the system?

No. It doesn't matter. Your new card is dead.
