So im the admin account on a new system. Programs, files games and drivers are all installed on my account.

The goal for the other accounts;

New Accounts to be added by Standard Users

All new accounts have the same functionality

New Users must enter a password when they log on

Other users cannot change anothers password

Standard users can update drivers without admin approval but is not allowed to install new programs

Users can delete files and uninstall programs but leaves that file/program for the other users

Users and New Users keep the same profile in Afterburner for PC Monitoring

Windows Updates and AMD Updates can install without Admin Approval

User accounts cannot be deleted without Admin approval

Windows 10 system with an AMD GPU, Intel CPU - H81

Basically this is a late present for christmas for my sisters and i want to make sure that no viruses or anything like that can be installed and that they cannot sell the system without my approval if my mother decides they need money. So im trying to lock the system down as much as i can to prevent that. Also so that updates push to the system without me having to go down all the time to allow updates to push through. I would also like to make it possible for all of the above (in theory) so that they can enjoy what they do on it but not effect other users, whilst making sure they dont install a load of adware and spyware, etc. On too it.

Can anyone help?!??!

To my knowledge, not possible.

However my school uses a system fairly similar to of yours.

Except that we cannot update, but can install new programs. Probably looking at something that can be controlled at a console computer through, and a LAN system to be set up for that to occur.

Thats the theory i came up with because my school did the same thing. However i had no idea how they do it. If i was a trained administrator i'd be able to do it easily probably so it is possible i just have 0 fucking clue how and its annoying me.
