Does EA have 24/7 Game Advisor Support?

I need to contact EA, so I can change the platform for my BF4 preorder, and I have tried more than 16 times, and it did not work, at all. I was told that there was going to be ____ of wait time before I can talk to them, but I always end up waiting more than 3 hours, and I dont even get a response... Has anyone ever had this happen to them? EA Live Help

I like the color scheme of Noctua fans. Deal with it. Forget about the bad memories of the past.

So... If Jesus had the gold, would he buy himself out instead of waiting 3 days for the respawn?

Their live chat was fine when I used it a week or so ago, had an account problem and they fixed it in less than 5 mins.

(wait time was 1 hr but I did other things in the meantime)

Lucky... I'll see if I can contact them today... ETA: 10-15 minutes... Well see about that.
