Is it good idea to paint this RAMs? 

I need them to be RED and i dont wan to buy them in RED color. So is it even possible to paint them?

Yes it's possible to paint RAM however it would be easier to sell off the current set to invest in a red kit, less work involved, but if you want to paint it I have a guide here under Motherboard and RAM Painting:

It will require you to remove the RAM heat spreaders to properly paint them or very very careful masking.

Yea you can paint them, use plasti-dip if possible.
