dont OC beyond 4.2GHz with that motherboard. it is only 4+1 phase 125w. It is not meant to handle OCs. It will OC, but the board itself isnt meant for it

good to know. Shoulda thought of that when shopping for the motherboard I guess. Of course, it's not like I chose it for overclocking anyway, I wanted it for the ungodly amount of USB ports.

Shoulda gotten a 990FX Sabertooth board man.... sure it costs a helluva lot. but damn it has lots of ports

how many sub ports does it have? The board I got has 8. I'd practically sell my soul for sub ports.
