YouTube Quality Problems!

I uploaded a video to YouTube, I recorded it in 1080p 60fps in OBS, I then rendered it using Sony Vegas, again in 1080p 60fps. When I uploaded it to YouTube the only quality option was 360p, why did this happen! I need help!

Takes a while for youtube to transcode, wait 3 hours.

So in about 3 hours time the quality will go up? Or do I need to upload it again and wait?

Yes, generally, just wait a couple hours. Youtube reencodes all videos it gets, and 360p is the first to get done.
