Strange "ssss" noise

Every 10 minutes or so i hear a "ssss" noise and i don't know what its coming from and know if it's normal as its my first build.

If it's a hard drive then it could be that... what hard drive do you have?

 

or GPU.

or PSU.

My DVD drive hisses before starting up, that's also a possibility.

Ball-bearing fans can also make this sound. 

I cannot be held responsible for any bad advice given.

I've no idea why the world is afraid of 3D-printed guns when clearly 3D-printed crossbows would be more practical for now.

My rig: The StealthRay. Plans for a newer, better version of its mufflers are already being made.
