Fury X beats the 980 Ti with a reference cooler. Aftermarket 980 Ti' s are still the better buy.

 

AM 980 Ti > Fury X > R 980 Ti

if i was going to water a fury, id get a R9 nano and watercool it in a custom loop

dual 390's in crossfire, fury X, Fury if unlock cores (so same specs as fury x)

 

295x2 beats it out.

295x2 if you can find one, and has a Corsair AX1200i or better

Fury X if you cannot get a R9 295x2
