I have a two 960s in SLI. Running a single card I get about 120fps with details maxed out at 1080p in CS:GO

I would go for this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/qZmpXL

  • 860k and A88X+ and 212 EVO will allow for good enough preformance and some ovewrclocking
  • 380X will be great for this. It will push fairly high framefates. Well over 144fps in 720p and over 100 in 1080p. Go for a 390 if you want 1080p 144htz
  • all other parts are just safe picks for a bugett pc

$670.65 total

tell me what you think and have a great day and a happy new year :)
