Happens to me sometimes. try to restart it, make sure nothing is sitting on the keyboard, and no keys are stuck... and if you can try removing the battery and try to turn it on plugged in

Just make sure your OS is set to boot from your C Drive, in BIOS go into boot options and move your Storage Drive to the top of the list.

Turn it off and then on again... Hold the power button down until it goes off.
