pc softlocks when playing games

I was playing metro 2033 and my pc has softlocked with green color across the screen, and the other day it softlocked again while i was playing fallout 4, but it showed red screen.

 

I think it has to do something with my gpu, or my overclocked cpu, but i think it's just incompatibility of driver, or outdated bios.

You might be pushing your CPU a bit too far, or there might be a temperature problem.

Theory is when you know everything but nothing works. Practice is when everything works but you dont know why. In this computer, theory and practice are combined: Nothing works and i dont know why.

 

Atleast i can manage Some things, like my current OC personal best.

temp goes to 60 in peaks, and i got this CPU up to 4.8 so that isn't the problem. but it might be the RAM, I'm thinking about increasing the io voltage, but I'd really need oscilloscope to see where it might fail or how much is the signal distorted on peripherals.
