Hey and happy new year.I will upgrade my monitor and my budget is around 500euros.I did some research and I think that the best option is  lg 29um67 http://www.lg.com/us/monitors/lg-29UM67-P-ultrawide-led-monitor  IPS ultrawide freesync 75 hz(420 euros) or http://www.amazon.com/AOC-G2460PG-24-Inch-LED-Lit-Monitor/dp/B00SIZ8QDM  tn 1080p g sync(400 euros).I am casual gamer and I play games like syndicate ,farcry,gta ,lol witcher 3 etc. Which option do u think is the best?

My system : i5 4460,gtx 970,8 gb ram

if your Budget is that high I recommend a gsync Monitor since you have a NVIDIA GPU

CPU: Xeon 1230v3 - GPU: GTX 770  - SSD: 120GB 840 Evo - HDD: WD Blue 1TB - RAM: Ballistix 8GB - Case: CM N400 - PSU: CX 600M - Cooling: Cooler Master 212 Evo
