Cloning HDD

So I have a 2TB HDD, along with a RAID 0 on my Aorus x5 that I want to backup. I am already doing periodic incremental and full backups. However, I wanted to make a clone just to be extra safe every week or so. I partitioned my 2TB, but all the backup software I've used including Acronis, Paragon, and Macrium Reflect have only been able to clone hdds to hdds, not hdds to partitions. Is there any software you know of that can do this, or maybe even do periodic clones. (maybe a 1TB partition, and every week clone the HDD, and delete the old clone). Any help would be great.
